BAC's "Sex-Tiva"

I ordered a bottle of this stuff to get some avena with some extras, but now I see that too much Saw Palmetto can be a bad thing (according to the BAC book). So would taking enough Sex-Tiva to get a pretty high dose of avena end up giving me too much Saw Palmetto and being counter productive??? Nelson???

Or anyone??? I think its like 300mg avena/100mg palmetto/and something else (at work, dont have the bottle or time to find it on the internet). Is this true what the BAC manual says about too much palmetto being a bad thing??? Might it just reverse the effects of the avena at a certain point??
