Bacon & Eggs Diet

Since many A/S(namely the orals) tip the HDL/LDL levels in an unfavorable level,I wouldn't gamble with my arteries on a high fat diet like that,it's like accelerating the chances of a heart-attack...

I do not think that the Anabolic diet, when used with AS is very adequate. Because, as we know, insulin is needed to build muscle. Therefore, if you are set on doing a CKD(Ketosis/Carb-up = Anabolic diet), then you should try a TKD. (Targeted-Ketonic-Diet)...

Check out my TKD manual, and see if this is something that sounds feasible for you:

I like it. I think I got it. I’m going to write a quick macro/program to calculate the values as specified on your page.
I found a CKD Parameter Calculator on the net, but I’m not getting the same values. Must use a different formula? Thanks.

By the way, you can add carbs post workout if you use insulin, as well as pre-workout carbs.

I have found that if you use carbs pre-workout (TKD) and then post wokout w/ insulin to lower blood sugar, it works very adequately.

Feel free to ask any further questions that you have.
