heres my situation. I have a brother who currently lives in las vegas, while i live in here st.louis. distance is important here for if i wasnt so far away i would have settled this already my way, which is the ground and pound his ass method. anyways he has used my name and social security # on a couple of traffic citations he got out there, like 6 of them. well last week i started getting failure to appear in court letters with fines of up to $1600, and threats of suspending my d.L.. I already tried calling the courts and all of them told me i need to file an idenity theft report in order to clear my name, which means i have to turn in my own brother and he would have to do some time cause hes already on probation. So i called my brother and told him if he paid the fines i would be willing to accept the points on my record and all would be done. you would think he be greatful at that chance but noooo, he denies that he ever even did it when the amount of proof is stacked as high as that 6'7" piece of shit. would you do what im about to and just turn his ass in? i think thats my only option cause i dont have the money to pay that shit.

i dont know how he got my ss #, guess he just memorized it. I hope he wasnt stupid enough to open a line of credit under my name. now i have to call to get a credit report also great. This whole ordeal is really starting to piss me off so much im thinking about buying a airfare out to vegas and just unleashing my wrath on him, but his ass thinking about it in jail even sounds better at this point. im on my way to the police station now to fill out a idenity theft report. thinks for the reassurance that i am doing the right thing, my parents think im being unreasonable

Turn him in! He will never learn if you keep trying to look out for him. He needs to spend some time behind bars and become familiar with PRISON LOVE. After he spends his time, hopefully he will turn his life around and stay clean. Some people just have to learn the hard way
