Been reading the board for a while and have some questions:



**What do you do once you've eaten too few calories (betw 1100-1300 a day) for a while and the fat loss has stopped because your metabolism is shot! I don't want to suddenly increase my calories because that's going to mean fat storage! **

2- what food restrictions after 4pm? do you cut out all carbs, just complex carbs, sugar, or what?

3- what does "clean" diet mean? no sugar? only good fat ? what else?

4- why fibrous carbs after workout? Can you give examples of ideal high fiber carbs....

2) what are "starchy" carbs ? I thought that was rice, potatoes, and, corn...but that's not right is it?

1) rotate carb intake??? Can you be more specific about how that would work... or is that something that's been reviewed a bunch of times and I just need to look it up on the board?
