Back pumps?

Tank87

28 years old 5'8 213 13% body fat. Training religiously for 8 years and 6 previous cycles. Just finished Beast 2 days ago. I used it as a kick start into test/tren. So I have been off Beast for 2 days and my question is when did you guys notice the back pumps had stopped? THEY ARE AWFUL!!!! Made awesome size gains with Beast and it was well worth it but the low back pumps are incredibly painful! I have had to cut a couple training sessions short because of it. I mean it hurts! A couple people in the gym have asked me if I was ok because the look on my face and the way I was walking indicated I was in a lot of pain. Thanks for any answers.

I've never had horrible back pumps.
Taurine: cheap and effective

6 cycles and only 213? if you don't mind me asking what was your starting weight for your first cycle?

as far as the pumps, avoid exercises that hit the lowerback directly. stretch, stay hydrated and make sure your posture is exceptional.

My start weight just before my first cycle was 166 I believe. Keep in mind I am short. I would think 213 at 13% body fat and only 5'8 is not too shabby but maybe some other guys on here will think differently. There are many different factors that decide how we grow and at what rate. I dont believe it should be looked at as "one size fits all" if that makes any sense.

your pretty much going to get the same advice on what to take to help aid with the back pumps and thats taurine... they should be subsiding soon since you are no longer running beast but i would go buy some taurine as well...

bro, your size is fine... you don't need to justify that... thats a great increase and at that height, thats excellent for size... you could run 10 cycles and "weight" doesn't necessarily mean shit... its what your going for... if your trying to cut what you have or whatever your reason, its how you look and what your trying to accomplish out of it that matters...

sorry man wasn't a dig. I'm 5'6 and 207, but I went from 190ish to over 220 on my first cycle. BF was around 22% though

Nice man that a huge increase. Wasn't snapping at you either by the way... I sure hope 5'8 213 13% body fat is good size because I have worked hard for it. My goal is to bulk at the moment and I want as much lean muscle mass as I can get.

bro 5'8 190 and 13% fat is pretty decent size 213 is big by anyone but the largest bodybuilders standards I'm hoping to be about 220 at 13-15% BF by the middle of the winter. I Feel much stronger at a high BF and I actually look better IMO. being too lean doesn't do my strength any favors. I would like to compete in a show just to prove to myself that I can. I Want to do it the right way though I don't wanna half ass a show just to say I did it. I wanna actually be competitive. Lots of work to be done! good luck on your journey bro

Good luck to you as well. I have the same goal as far as weight gain while keeping body fat about where it currently is.

At that height I'd say your a tank my man! I'm about the same height and about to hit my second cycle and I'm only 180.

In regards to the taurine will it help someone who has back pain (herniated disc/5 compressed discs L1-L5?

No real bad pumps but some spasms and stiffness
