Back pumps

I am the type of guy who gets debilitating back pumps using any sort of oral. I usually go with 6 g taurine, electrolytes, 1-2g POMEGRANITE extract and it helps mildly.

What do y'all do? What works?

that and n2guard will help

but at the end of the day pumps are going to happen if you are prone to them. i cannot run on orals myself

I'd stop doing orals.

You are pretty much doing everything you can supplement wise.
