Back pumps while OFF and not working out??

Anyone get back pumps while OFF and even when youre not working out? I was trying to wash the dog yesterday and i started getting a lower back pump so bad i had to get up. This common for anyone?

I'm completely off. My last cycle was straight test about 3-4 months ago.

I do get them just from standing though.

Yes, has nothing to do with gear.

usually due to postural and tension isssues, you need to stretch more, particularly hamstrings and glutes (as well as deep stretching of the hamstring glute tie in)

also is indicative of muscular imbalance such as ham v quad, abs v. lower back, etc
