Hey guys im new to the board so I like to say good stuff on here now to my question I just got put on a new back pain regimen by my neurologist and a pain specialist I dont believe it's to harsh but just want to ask opinions on how it would interfere or be in anyway dangerous to do while on test, primo, winny and hgh cycle the meds are tramadol 100 celebrex 50 and flexirill I've juiced for about 10 years on and off I'm a novice do it for my pleasure am good on pct and keeping cycles as short as possible eat clean don't drink to often maybe once a month only real bad vice is cigars and cigarettes I'm 6' 290lbs 17%bf right now thanks in advance

At 6 and 290 pounds you need to lose BF before doing a full blown cycle to see result. Steroids assist however their should be a good base to work with and you are about 75 pounds overweight at this point. I would concentrate on a good cardio and weight lifting regime to help you cut your BF down. You need to be doing 5 days a week 1 hour cardio sessions to see any real results however I am concerned about your smoking. Smoking severely inhibits your ability to do cardio and anything strenuous due to the damage it does to your lungs. Can you go to the doctor and get a script for some medicine to stop smoking? I would dial my diet in with low fat , high protein meals eating 4 small meals per day and build myself up cardio wise and lift weights using high reps to ensure you are cutting. Unfortunately , if you did a cycle now with your weight were it is , you would not gain the full benefits of the cycle itself. You may want to do a cutting cycle in the future that consists of Eq,test and var. Best of luck to you.

you aren't 17% body fat at 290 pounds sorry. you are on back meds cause you are too heavy. think about it.. Arabian is correct, you need to lose that big gut which is putting a tremendous amount of pressure on your back.

post up your diet and lets see what we can eliminate and put in place. also tell me what you are drinking as well. if you smoke then quit smoking, this is a fitness forum and i'm not gonna help someone who won't help themselves.. you are gonna trash your lungs.

+1000000 on the weight causing back pain.
I can speak clearly to this, I broke 3 vertebrae and after surgery I became a big couch potatoe. I went up to 365lbs. My back hurt all the time, and I would have spasms that knocked me down for weeks. I decided to go on a seriously low to zero carb diet (aka atkins) and lost 100lbs. I eventually included excercise, but the first 4 months I didnt because of the back issues. When I began exercising again, (which I did very slowly..with lower weight, strict form, and little impact moves) I was amazed at how much I was able to improve, the pain was nearly eliminated only causing issues when I did stupid things like carrying a fridge on my back. You can do this, but its not an overnight fix. The strongest thing I take for pain now is aleve. And this is rare. You would be amazed at how loosing 50lbs of fat can eliminate your back issues.

are you currently taking the flexirill? my dr put me on that for my back also and i wouldnt recommend working out while on it. i quit taking it shortly after starting it. what kind of surgery did you have?

I cant even think about flexeril, shit jacks me up, I think two of them and a glass of wine and Id never wake up.
Its rough hearing about peoples back issues, knowing what a difference loosing the flab and taking care of my body has done.
I can play full contact basketball, and bang the boards without even worrying about not being able to function the next day. Hope you take the advice, I know it sucks when you want to run, but are told to walk, but in the end youll make quicker ground with the right path.

Yeah first order of business; frequent cardio. Drop the fat, and then drop the flexeril. I have taken both tramadol and flexeril. There shouldn't be any problem with the tramadol, but that flexeril is going to make you loopy.
