Hey guys, it's been about 3 years since I was on anything due to injuries and health problems. With all those behind I tried just using the over counter supps and was seeing "ok" results. I decided to run a simple cycle of 60mg var per day along with some basic test. One week in and oh my god! The difference is amazing and I feel on top of the world along with seeing good strength increases and a "harder"look. Basic stats are 36 been training for over 15 years 235# about 17%bf. Goal is to reduce bf to 11 - 12% with the cycle, consistent training, cardio and clean healthy diet. This time around I did more planning than ever so the only part is staying dedicated to the plan which shouldn't be an issue as this feeling is too good to let go. A hectic work schedule is the only set back but my gym is 24 hours which helps a lot.
