Okay I have been on the clen for 3 days again now, this time I like it. I think last week my problem was that I was mixing clen with a keto diet and it was too much for me. Results were good in terms of fat loss, but I just cant live like that. I have adjusted and made a more moderate and healthy diet and things are better. I actually am started to like the stuff, it gets me going pretty good.

Oh yeah the key with clen is starting small, building up, and drinking, no joke 1-2 gallons of water a day.
