OK so here's the situation. I used to be a great contributor to this forum when it was young. I the last 2 years I've got hurt lifting and my body went to shit.

I have much more BF than I would like and that is the most important thing for me to lose. Please don't flame/tell me to lose the fat first, as building mucle mass is the goal...and it works best for me to build more muscle then lose the fat.

What I have done:
Sustanon 2 cycles
Dianabol - methandrostenolone - + Sustanon 1 cycle
Finaplix 3 cycles
...etc.

Wanted to get an updated poll for what was best to lose fat and keep muscle since I've been gone for a while. Please let me know DETAIL! What amount, what frequency, what body type you are, etc.
 
How about just a straight test cycle. Maybe a kick start with dbol, but simple test will help you out. The biggest key is your diet and exercise, not the anabolics you are taking.
