Back in the game

Looking to get back in the game of real lifting. Worked out for about 12 years, not hard the last 2. Was an animal back in the day. Was on this site as BusterBall for about 5-6 years. Tore my knee (ACL and MCL) playing basketball. Did my PT but got lazy. Also got engaged and got lazy. :-)
Getting married on June 16th and want to get back into real shape.

5ft 11in 203lbs bf is about 25-28 (YES I KNOW, VERY BAD) I am turning 30 in May. I was around 210 with a bf of 7-9% (in my crazy days) and also looked and felt good around 190 with a bf of 12% Not as crazy but normal in a good way.

Looking to stay away from AS for now, fiancee is not a fan. My system has been clean from that stuff for 2 years, since my injury. Started a clean diet for about 3 weeks already but looking for some supplements to help push me. Right now I take my Vit C, B12, Multi Vit and Min. Also just order Yohimburn ES and I have Hydroxycut which I will start taking too.

I have 15 weeks till my wedding and my honeymoon in Bermuda for 10 nights. My avatar is where I am having my wedding. SICK place at Tuckers Point. Glass top over the pool at sunset wedding. Want to look and feel good again. Any "real" help will nice. Keep the dump comments and things that don't matter to another thread. Thanks in advance.

you don't need any supplements, just a multivitamin. You need to start hitting the cardio and weights and get a good diet going. You seem like you know what to do.I'm sure your muscle memory will kick in. Then when you lose some fat try some stuff from af-store to lose the rest

i agree. stick with the diet and do plenty of cardio. the fat should fall off, especially at 25-28%. a lot of that will be excess.

What about this product? THERMOREXIN
I see a lot of people pushing it, sales or real?
Compare it to Hydroxycut, again no one who works for the company. Real results.

Bump, sorry. Want to know what is out there...

25-28% you don't need anything out there, you need diet and cardio. Come talk about supplments when your around 15%, right now there just going to be a waste of money. But money is meant to be wasted, so look at the anabolicfitness.com theres all sorts of stuff there, but personally I think its just a waste at that body fat. How's your diet? Seems like your looking for supplements for your crutch , your going to lean on them while you slack on your diet. Also this should be more of a long term goal, 15 weeks isn't to long, change your lifestyle and lose weight nice and slow for the long term. It seems like you just want to loose the weight for the honeymoon and then you'll give up and it'll come back. You never wanted to lose the weight before the honeymoon? Maybe you and your fiance can start a long term plan together, for your health and new life together.
