I've been training since I was 18 im now 26 1/2 and 8 months ago sustained a bad shoulder injury basics are I was told not to train for 6 months and it would heal so I didn't and it did. When I got the injury I was on a course of test e 600mg per week and tren hex 75mg every other day. When I got the injury I stopped the course did pct and stopped training still went for a run ever day and trained legs once a week minimal as couldn't squat or rest anything on my shoulders or hold anything. The past 2 months I've been training like an animal and I'm already putting size back on and I think I'm ready for a course. As I'm carrying a little extra body fat maybe 15% I'm going to throw in winstrol tabs at 60mg a day and just use test cyp at 500mg every 6 days how does that sound I know all about my pct and I have arimidex and nolvadex on hand for any signs of sides and take proviron daily throughout my courseit's all I need so please don't tell me I need anything else I have done my research. By saying that I in no way want to sound big headed and mean no offence to any one I just wanted some ones advice about the course?
