back from honeymoon

trip to sandels st lucia was definitly worth the money. glad i have been off for a while because with all of the alcohol I drank I would have been spitting up my liver. anyway very relaxing, although I did train 5 out of 7 days intoxicated and all, that is maybe counter productive. now back to work tomorrow. hope everyone has a great christmas, stay safe.

start a bulking diet on monday and the other goodies too. been off for about 5 months. cant wait to grow.
