Back exercises

I get the best results from doing just the basics. Chins or some form of pulldown, bent over barbell row and of course deadlifts. Theres really nothing more (in my opinion) a person needs to build a great back.

Needsize's 5x5 is a great way to put it all together (check the training sticky). You could do 5x5 on the deadlifts, 2x8 on chin or pulldown and 2x8 on the bent over row.

Have fun... :)

witkowsd - this is exactly what i'm doing. it feels great to add weight to your deads every week.

=) Definately Deadlifts (and variations of it)
Heavy dumbell or Barbell rows (or both)
Chin-ups and heavy Lat Pull Downs
And maybe some heavy Hammer Strength machine pulls to finish off.
