Looking for some suggestions on widening my back. I change my routine roughly every 6 weeks, but having a hard time the last few months. Currently I'm starting with w/g chins (no weight)- 50 reps (over 5 sets)
Followed up with bent over (barbel) row- 5 sets
Then close grip pulldowns- 5 sets
Last is back extensions (25lb plate)- 5 sets
Come on fellas....hit me up with some of your best back breakers! It's time for some "shocking".
