Back and Shoulders?

Switching up my routine to hit back twice a week...one for thickness...the other for width.....with the width(today) I'm gonna toss in Delts too....anyone do this or is anyone doing this today and gearing up???????? What's your routine like for width?

Thinking about Str8bar rows (both thickness and width)
Chins
Wide grip pull downs
Reverse Pull downs
and some hypers/good mornings......
 
I did the same thing at the end of September. Im using a 3 day split and I am VERY happy with it. The only issue that I had was that during the first month the tendons in my elbows stayed sore. I'm making good progress on it still so I'm gonna keep it for a while. I can feel my lats almost every day of the week. Heh.

Here's my split. I do all exercises with a 4 sets of 4-6 scheme. Similar to 5x5. I increase weight as soon as I can complete 4x6.

Mon - Shoulders/Chinups
Seated DB Press
Narrow Grip Chins
BTN Barbell Press (I know but it works for me like nothing else)
Wide Grip Cable Pulldowns
Lateral Shoulder Raise with 5 sec Pause

Wed - Legs
Squats
Leg Press
SLDL

Fri - Chest/Rows
Low Incline DB Press
Cable Rows
Weighted Dips
Hammer Strength Rows
Calves
 
Need more......chins, straight rows, wide grip rows and wide grip pull downs? 3-4 sets of each........
 
Dead lifts
Lat Pull down
Dumbell shoulder press
Scapula crunch, (my secret weapon)
Standing cable rows
21's for shoulders
reverse pec deck
hyperextentions for lower back
cardio 15 minutes
 
I ripped my palms open from deads, still stings like fuck...nothing Jack Daniels can't take care of though!!! Anyway, this workout was pretty intense!!! Great pump!!!
