The more I get talking to people about AAS the more I becomes clear that many people go all year, some even longer changing the compound ever 10 12 weeks.

Cycling is the way to go for the average person... unless you compete or are on HRT I wouldnt...

Best way to maintain your results, get things back to normal, maximize your natural potential before hitting a cycle again

Time On = Time Off, But I just ended Cycle and will only be takeing a month off this go around..Hay Summers a comming...

Time on = time off + PCT , a good rule to follow

Unless for TRT/HRT purposes there is no need to stay on year round.

ALways give yourself enough time to recover. Like they said. Time on = time off with a good PCT to get your boys going again.
