BAC scoops, WTF ?

Anybody ever order anything from Beyond a century ??? Most of their products are powders and come with these little scoops. On the back of the product it says use 1/8 of a scoop or 1/6 of a scoop or 1/10 of a scoop. How the hell do you guys determine these measurements, the scoops are so little and they're not even labeled, they got this line for half a scoop, but that about it

what are you measuring. i use their green tea. i just take it to school and measure out what 1-2 g looks like, and just eyeball it.
i would not suggest eyeballing prohormones though

I was measuring xanthoparmilia and cnidium, one says use between 1/5 and 1/10 and the other one says use between 1/4 and 1/8. I just eyeball them too, just wanted to know what you guys do ?

I buy a lot from BAC and use a cap-m-quik to make capsules which are around 1 gm each.
