Baby on Juice in 10 years

Most of you guys have been juicen for years!
I'm 19 years old 168lbs 9% body fat
I don't wanna get huge and ripped quick
one day in the furture , I don't care if it takes 10 years,
I wanna be like 185-190 and 5-6% body fat
What is the SAFEST, MOST PRODUCTIVE and EFFICENT way of doing so.
I'm not looking to get big in the matter of weeks(it would be nice)
I want to constantly get bigger and do it Right!

you guys that are like 30, knowing what u know now, if you where 20 and could do it all over agian what would u do?
keep in mind, keeping my test levels stable.
not looking for a quick fix, just want to do something I can buildon and won't regret.

any suggestions how you would use any as over the corse of mnay years?
 
people are gonna tell you to use the search function and to look up information on yourself. you can find good information, you just gotta look through a ton of crap to find it. i am 19 and am just finishing my first cycle (today is my last shot :bawling: ). there are a number of cycles you could use, but i suggest staying with something simple. i used test and eq my first cycle. it's not the juice that so much important. just make sure you train hard and eat a lot when on.
 
safest start with primo or anavar, if anything head into winstrol...Iv'e only done 3 cycles, but if i could start , i would start off with Some Test @ 500/week for 10 weeks and some EQ @ 400mg/week for 8-10 weeks. That is a good base to start at. Of course you would need an anti - estrogen, and clomid at the end.

So i would either go with Anavar at 40mg/day for 10 weeks,
or Test @ 500mg/week, for 10 weeks, or Test and EQ.
Take liquidex or arimidex 1mg/day to prevent gyno and water build up, and take clomid after the cycle is over

I'm 43 and have been juicing since my mid-20s. I hate to say it but if I had to do it all over again... I would start juicing at 15. I would have been doing 2 8-12 week cycles a year of 200-300mg primo a week stacked with 200mg deca a week or 200mg EQ. Anavar would stack into that just great. I wouldn't use d-bol, test , fina or anything else till I was past my teens.
 
thanks, I have been reading these threads for awile and know what ewvery as does and it side effects.
I just wanted to throw up my situtation for some feedback!
i was thinking of doing
eq 1-10
test 400 1-5
winny 5-10
not sure however, If I could find real primo I would just use that consistantly every year(mix it up alittle to give my body a shoc)
 
Personal opinion here...

But if I was 19, I would just wait a few more years, because your body continues to grow to around age 21-22, so you have a couple more good years of growing left. I am not an expert here like the others are, but I do know your body is still growing, so eat, eat, eat and work hard and I would almost bet you would gain the weight you want.
 
I realize that you are intent on using gear to reach your goals, but i would have to agree with Reid232. Proper training, diet, and commitment might land you pretty close to your goals w/o the aid of gear. Especially since you are in no rush to reach them.

I started seriously lifting and fine tuning my diet at 19. At the time i weighed in at a whopping 5'11, 152lbs, ~14% bf. (hence my user name:) )

Notwithstanding ups and downs from school and career transitions, i managed to level out at 183lbs ~9% completely naturally. I actually peeked at 192lbs ~12% at one time.

While I realize everyone reponds differently to training and diet, the 30-35lb increase and 5% decrease that i managed naturally would put you pretty much at your goal. Also, i reached this level within 5 years. With the additional 5yrs you are willing to wait, this should very easily be within your reach.

Whichever route you decide, best of luck!

Winny

Winny will help keep the BF down and still allow you to gain some mass. Use the Inj. its much easier on the liver.
