I went to vitamin shop. Had two choices to choose from. B6 200mg, and B6 "time release" 200mg designed to dissolve over 4-6 hours.

What is a better choice and why?

Well I would think it would just be preference. The new rage is time released. I would think of it in our terms. Say enanthate vs propionate. They are essentially the same, however the time release would probably allow for a slower release and more even blood levels. Also would probably be a better choice so that blood levels will be elevated during your sleep time when you ar eout for hours and unabled to take the b6 anyway. For that reason I would probably take time release. Benificial for night time blood levels. Ok that enought from me hope that helps...

i'm taking the time release ones now, but i'm wondering if the spike in levels that the non-time release pills provide is what causes it to be effective.

If I remeber right, the half life of b6 is 8 hours, so you would have to take twice per day to keep levels constant. You would have to look up the brand on the time release that you our looking at to see how long it lasts. They only difference betwean the 2 would be how often you have to take it. Just like tren ace to tren cyp, ace is everyday shots or and the cyp once a week. If they made a tren cyp......
