B5 = $$$$$

haha..I hear you man, I stopped taking after the first week and like 4 bottles later. It just didn't seem right to be taking like 24 pills a day, if it works for you great, but my wallet and my patience wouldn't have it

it was just WAY too expensive and i didn't see enough effect after 2 months use.. so i said to hell with it and went back to my dermatologist and let my insurance pay for the real meds instead of such high doses of B5.. but it sucks because test breaks me out so so bad.. oh well

Why are you wasting your time taking all those pills for. Get the powder instead. It's less than $30 a kilo and will last you for over a year.

tanning is the best solution, but tanning is really bad for you. Then again, steroids are pretty bad too. Fuck it.

It seems these days that everything is bad for you according to researchers. We live life once, we might as well live it to the fullest. Life's too short anyways.

tanning is bad for acne ....alot u go work out then oil your skin up and go tan..thats a good way to get skin blemishes etc. also lets say you tan for a few months or so then stop, a good chance u will break out pretty bad

A 250 pound pimplely faced freak is quite a site to see. Problems is when the people stare they are staring in discust, not admiration

As for B5 get powder . It taste like shit but whatever. Mix with OJ.

Also I have been experimenting with Guggulsterones and I have to say with B5 and guggul I have zero acne. This is the first time in my life except when I was on accutane when I was very young.

B5 is absolutely worth it! It does take about a month for the large red irritated welts to start going away. After two months all the little pimples are gone for the most part. After that you start taking less and less. It was a life changing decision for me. I couldn't even take my shirt off in public I was so discusted with my back. check out www.b5supplements.com... they have good info on how it works!

B5 is OTC.

I highly suggest Guggulsterones though. It has a study on it that says it s more effective then antibiotics like tetracycline

what the hell. Why was my response edited? Theres a bunch of other websites with websites of stores. Just because BAC has prices that are super discounted doesn;t mean you should have a monopoly with AF's over priced products. If you say you products work so well, and believe they are of much high quality then other companies, then there should be no reason that you should be worried about a competeing company. This is rediculous.

I don't see how tanning is bad for acne, it clears up acne for anyone that I have ever talked to.

Usually I shower before I tan then put some good aloe vera containing lotion on.

No reason to use all the oily crap.

You don't even need that, all you need to do is moisten your skin with any kind of lotion, because it tans better than dry skin which does not tan hardly at all.

guggul isn't the next thing either, i have some from wholehealthproducts, and it doesn't work that well for acne, but it is a nice natural fat burner, and combined with gh...its great...but if you're on b5 for acne its no use, i have taken 10g a day along with vet. d-panthenol 50mg/ml, and nothing...either retin-a micro.1% or accutane....both in generics w/o ins. can be found for a cheap price....retin-a for 40 and accutane for 1.7 a 20mg pill
