Does it help. Seen a few posts recently ....the science makes sense but anyone with experience? Much better for you than accutane and cheaper/easier to get.

Yeah pantothentic acid is working pretty well for me. I'm taking 10g's ed.

I've had pretty good result with 4-5Gs for about a month, then maintaining with 1G. Give it a go, it's not that expensive.

Most stores have a 500mg/per caplet for pretty cheap. I get mine at Fred Meyer.
