Makes me eat a little better but definately not the silver bullet everyone spoke of for energy increases.

Need more energy - should I up the dose big time?

honestly I really dident feel anything with b-12 I went up to 12000mcg a week

Thanks! I had been using 1cc EOD from IBE....but had not noticed any change in hunger or lessened fatigue. It's rare for me.....but I guess I may not have been using enough!
