i got 1000mcg amp of b12 how much i.u would that be, can anyone give me a recommended dose for b12 in ml (using a syringe wit ml units)

peace

I believe 1000 mcg(micro grams) = 1 mg(milligram) so just find the concentration (ie 250 mg/ml) to find the amount in ml. I assume you know that 1 ml = 1 cc(cubic centimeter)

are you saying too much vitamin b is bad for liver or using b in general helps healthy liver?

i'm about to start injects. couple questions on this subject.

i see bcomplex injects but they say it's for animals, can we use this? also, the bcomplex was saying IM injects but other peeps are saying to do subc. is there a difference between b12 and bcomplex as far as type of injection, IM or sub, or can they both be shot both ways.

and lastly, you are looking to shoot 1000mcg per week of b12 total? not 1000mcg ed?

1000 mcg is one mg you are correct. Many people use 1 mg a week or up to 2 or 3.
