Guys have any of you used adequan or even more recently the human version that has come out, for joint problems etc. I need to try it or something v.v.soon, or lifting has to stop for good. Help

never heard of it......triflex, its probably the best otc pill invented, lubs joints and rebuilds cartilage

over the counter, gnc, whereever.....its just glucosamine chondroitin and something else....itll lub your joints and rebuild cartalige....i sprained my shoulder ver bad a few months back and winthin 2 months of takin triflex i went from not being able to do 1 pushup to benchin 350 with no pain....my results may not be typical but i swear by the stuff

Im going to have to do some more research, ive got the name of the uk brand at work i'll bump this on Friday. I am trying to get my doctor to give me the injections in my shoulder joint as the two bones are now touching and my surgeon wants me to have an op, well f**k that I say bring on the adequan.
