Do you think the triangle trap bar would be great for the farmers walk? Also. ..in your opinion, how effective do you think it would be in doing squats if done off of a block? What about deads

You can try the trap bar for farmers...but what happens when you need to drop them when you lose your grip?
Do you drop them from waist level?
I can barely fit inside of one, much less walk in one.

Why would you use a trap bar for deep squats when you could just do squats instead?

Why would you do trap bar deads when you could just deadlift instead?

I might use mine once a year...if I am bored with every other exercise possibility.

Well even with good form the squats are killing my back, I dont know why and its driving me crazy. My back is fine any other time. Thought might try another aproach
 
Is it like injury pain or muscle burn. If it's the muscle you might need to strengthen your back.
 
You need to perfect your form AND strengthen your core.

And what is your routine like?

Are you doing heavy full ROM sit ups? Reverse Hypers? Lower and Upper abs?

I'm not there to see you, to see your weakness, or to see your form.

I would nail the reverse hypers if I were you...2-3x per week or so. Nail the abs in a full ROM, check the form, and maybe lighten the weights up on everything for a while.

Seriously...ask Spatts about how she recouped her back.
