I inject B-complex IM in my butt and seem to always wind up with a bruise from the injection.

Anyone know how this can be injected without getting a bruise?

Would greatly appreciate some advice.

How much are you taking at a time and have you tried injecting into a different muscle to see if you get a bruise?

Yes, no matter where I inject I seem to get a bruise. First I tried to inject 1ml. Injecting to the thigh was very painful, so I inject to the glute. Stings a bit, but I do it slowly so it doesn't hurt as much. Because of the bruising I reduced the dosage. I inject .5 ml. I still get a bruise, but it's much smaller. I've tried to inject more, but I get too big of a bruise.
