oral is a joke, injectable is the way to go. it is available by rx only in the u.s, but it is otc in canada. 1200mcg's eod is a good amount. you can get it from canadian pharmacies and syntherol.com

It's legal, some domestics may have it or you may be able to get it prescribed.

I buy it over the counter here in Germany and its relatively cheap. I go with 3 x a week with 2ml amps.

From what I understand, you can even snort the sublingual B12 tabs if you crush them up fine enough...
