B-12. What dosage/day

What would be the best dosage to run B-12 at per day when running a cycle?

Ed or Eod?

Good question on the dose. Since B-12 is water soluble, you'd want to run it ED.

I do 1,000mcg eod. The problem with trying to decide what the best dosing would be is there is no research available that I know of that justifies taking more than the rda and the rda is ~2 mcg/day for an adult male. So I guess that what is best is anybodies guess. I mostly think that it is cheap, a good way to clean up any juice left in the syringe, and can not hurt!

Don't think you will necessarily find a proper dosage. Everyone has their own opinion. But, I feel the best when I use around 1000 per day.

A weight loss clinic in my town will give you a max of 1500 mcg 2 x's per week.
