B-12 on mon and thurs? is it enough.

I'm takin a cc with my test 400 and my deca, mainly to dilute that damn 400, on mon and thurs, is this enough for any good results? If not when and how much more.

probably will help with the pain, and I do 2 B-12 sots per week anyway.

The b-12 should help to increase your hunger, unless you have anemia or existing liver damage, thats about it.
