B-12 and dieting

I was thinking of including some B-12 in my diet. I have been down on energy some and thought that it might help keep me up. Any thoughts on this?
 
Johnboy is correct, B-12 is good to add for the sense of well being and increase in apatite especially if you don’t eat a lot of red meat.

I got a bottle from Mexico 10 ML 50,000 MCG of B12. I'm taking .02/ML ED using an insulin needle, i been feeling very good. The bootle also habe b6 and b1. Anyone know if i should lower the dosage
