OK..so let me see...this is supposed to be my diet as of right now but I am up and down with it day by day...

Meal 1: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1 scoop protein powder and 1/2 a banana
Meal 2: 1/2 can albacore tuna w/ fat free mayo in 1/2 pita pocket
Meal 3: 1/2 c low fat cottage cheese and 1/2 apple
Meal 4: Whey protein shake
Meal 5: 1/2 can albacore tuna w/ full fat mayo
Meal 6: Shake

I get in trouble bc i dont like the shake at nihgt...i need to eat something but i know i can not have carbs...any suggestions of what i could throw in there in place of that last shake? and no more tuna please...lol....

I would say get rid of some of those shakes, especially if they are whey shakes. Whey lasts in the system for a very short amount of time, definately not ideal if you want to maintain anabolism. At the very least go for casseinate or egg.

Yea..I know...I am trying to get rid of the shake but what should i put in place of it?!?! help! also is it ok if i have salad with my second tuna meal???

Whey is fast acting, but when it's mixed with milk this will slow gastric emptying considerably(Even though 8oz of milk only has 8g of protein, and of this only 80% is casein.)

Supergirl-
MRP's typically have casein in them and might be better. Cottage cheese is also casein, so it would work. Some sort of meat would probably be best, though, as it will digest the slowest.(I likedbaked salmon prior to bed. I notice also you have neglected the mighty grilled chicken breast which also would work well.) As for the salad, it is not a problem. BTW, your fat intake a bit low IMO. This works for some, but since your carb intake appears quite low as well I'd add a little more fat.

Cottage Cheese (Full Fat), Any type of Fish, Stir Fried Chicken Breasts and Veggies.

Remember, this isnt' for ever, It's only for a few months.

Power it out.
