sonata is a very good sleeping aid IT IS NOT HABBIT FORMING(it's not even scheduled but it's a benzo!?!??) it's action is the same as valium but on a lower level and it does not give you a high either it's a drug that attaches to gaba(b) receptors in your brain and valium attaches to gaba(a) much stronger ones and that's what gives you the high... i'm pretty shure imight have the receptor names mixed up but you get the main idea and it is out of your system pretty quick also so no groggyness that's another plus i would recomend anyone that does not want anything habbit forming i like it a lot 20mg is a good dose...

Sonata (Zaleplon) is a prescription medication by Elan pharmeceuticals......not even close to the euphoria felt by GHB and its derivatives.
