Avoiding Acne: What's the best gear?

Just finished a 9 week cycle of sustanon with EQ and Winny tabs. Used Nolva through the second half.

Two weeks after last shot of sust, I broke out like a leper all over my back, shoulders and torso. Dermatologist said, "that's steroid acne" and gave me some pills and lotion to use in the shower.

I want to know what would be best to use in the future to avoid breaking out. Any suggestions? I've been told Test E is better.

Any help would be appreciated.

use an AI. Your breakout is a common reaction to a massive shift in hormone levels (your test levels dropped and estrogen levels rose). tamoxifen can cause acne, though this is a less common side effect.

also the use of winstrol at the end may have suppressed your progesterone levels (progesterone modulates estrogen activity), so this may have been a factor as well.

So you don't think it was because of any particular type of steroid or brand of testosterone? I was happy with gains on Sust (+ 15 lbs).

go tanning 2x per week .........thats the only thing that keeps the acne off of me! i break out the same from....sust, test-e, test-c.

i've heard too that sust can cause you to break out more than other single ester compounds i didn't get near the acne on test e that i did when i was on sust...

low dose test e 250mg and deca 200mg...perhaps some var with it.

not too many choices.

Primo as well is good I believe?

Well EQ at 9 weeks is a waste first off. Everyone is different, sust makes me break out also, but var/test e or cyp I had no problems with. Winny Inj or oral also.

if you pre disposed to acne nothing you can do, but be prepared for it each time you cycle, some things cause more then others, do not touch face when sweating, carry hanky or towel to gym wash hands and face more often and as other say, tan

i use 20mg accutane e6d...off cycle. Otherwise my face gets very oily. Back is fine

But I got bad bacne after tren cycle...short one..hence had to go for accutane.

On cycle I might think of running accutane 40mg pw...or 20mg e3-4d....

Does that low of an amount actually help? Ive never seen anyone go that low before. Im taking 100 mg ed my last 2 weeks of tren and plan on staying on it untill my next cycle in 2 months

I've done deca, test enth, prop, tren ace in the past... as well as some orals... not a single breakout until PCT (clomid and HCG wreak havoc on me)... but the last cycle that I just finished (prop + NPP + dbol), I started breaking out about 2 weeks before cycle-end.... all over my shoulders and back.... I have no idea why...and I'm meticulous with my diet, drinking enough water, using acne washes, tanning... nothing worked to prevent it this time.... I just started taking clindomyacin lotion... worked wonders for a buddy of mine....we'll see if helps
