avg duration of cutting cycle?

Hey, guys -- how long should one be on a cutting cycle after bulking up? I am about 190 lbs, 16% bf. I have very little experience with actual cutting cycles.

Is 6 weeks too short?

Yes it is short.

When cutting you should make it long IMO. If done too quickly you risk losing muscle. Mine cutters are normally around 12 weeks.
