Average suppressing dose?

I have in the past used various esters of test in low dosages (250mg ew) and not gone through any PCT. Is there a certain "cut off" point where it becomes a necessity? Just curious.

any exogenious test is supressive

if you ask me pct is always necessary and more important than your cycle itself (unless youre staying on indef)
