avavar kick in time

i am on the same and in day 9 of anavar. i am just beginning to see the vascularity improvements now.. almost like overnight. so i would say a week or 10 days on mine.. my first time with it , so i cant wait till the full affects kicks in..

yea first for me too..im on day 5 cant wait to start seeing results

the lower your bf, the quicker you "see" results. you should feel results around week 2 or 3. make sure you are using creatine and whey protein isolate with oxandrolone. creatine is a MUST, and whey isolate makes a big difference.

i hate creatine, it makes me look bloated. im curious though as to why u say it a must???

cycle is:
Test E 500mg/wk
VAR 60mg/day

testosterone enanthate 500mg/wk
Anavar - oxandrolone - 60mg/day
unlike any other aas, oxandrolone exerts its strength building effects via phosphocreatine uptake.
like all aas, it promotes positive nitrogen balance\ accelerated protein synthesis, so lean protein sources are important. isolate in the day. casein at night.

btw, almost everything you gain is "keep-able" if you do your homework on how to run this stuff, you can add 5 to 8 lb's of LBM and lose 2 or 3 bf%!

Hey whats up brotha? How ya been? I cant wait till my 7th week to get off the t bol and start my var. i gotta question for you though. Well i capped it myself and had 4 grams. I ixed it with CEE bu not really enough to make a difference so i will need more cee. anyways. i did it wrong and it turns out I made 80mg capsules. Lol Is it too much? i have 50 pills which will last me the last 7 weeks of my cycle.

Why whey isolate?

whas happenin errn? naaa 80 is not to much but it is better to go lower dose and longer duration. i have done it both ways and have known others who have, they say the same thing.

as far as whey isolate, it has a very high BV and is low sodium and fat. very fast acting.....great for cutting with anavar. not ideal for p.m. use, use casein at night. as you know ox wreaks havoc on your lipids so do plenty of flax oil and maybe red yeast rice.
