Avatars...Need info on posting mine..

I've been trying to post my avatar under my name on here but keep getting a message back that says that the picture is too large even though I keep making it smaller and smaller. Can someone here help me with mine. Feel free to email me on this one LOL

resize it until its less then 20K

open it in a decent photo program, do a file->Save AS then choose a lower quality so the file size is small.

Also make sure its no bigger then 100x100 pixels
