I upload a new one
I can see it in the "Edit Profile Picture"
Still it does not change it

My avatar is 100X100 and around 20 KB
I can see the new one in the profile but not on the boards

19.5 is the limit for non-plat. Not sure if that could be the problem. If it was though then I'd imagine it wouldn't let it through.
