By far my favorite new band, I don't think Ive heard a better all around album in quite some fucking time, Im just addicted to this CD...much better then both Sound Garden and RAGE IMHO...damn good band

Gotta go with Havoc on this one. No way is it better than Rage...IMO. Of course its hard to compare the too since they don't really sound that much alike...except for Morello's guitar riffs. I have to say that I have had Cochise and Bring Em Back Alive (Hypnotize) stuck in my head for days...they are both great songs. However, some of the other songs I have heard off the album are kinda blah.

lol I like Rage don't get me wrong, but I just like Audio slave a loot better, more potential mostly because it snot so damn political and I like the lyrics a lot better.. I am a Highway is my fav song off of it...they kinda remind me of Zepplin I dunno why, lol not nearly as high on my list of fav bands as Zep though

wtf.. I honestly like all music.. but can't really stand the one song I've heard of audioslave.. Coshise sounds like rage as far as the instrumental.. but then I hear the Sound Garden vocals.. and it just throws me off.. I need to listen to the rest of the album first.. but thus far.. I don't care for Audio Slave.

i was highly disappointed in this album....I even bought it...it's almost as whiney as Chris Cornell's solo album....there's 2 or 3 decent songs.....that's about it

Ok first of all, if you think it is better than Soundgarden, go buy a Soundgarden album. Good lord

Second, better than rage, same thing. Seriously.

It's pretty average. Its ok though. It doesn't strike me too much, because it's pretty recycled stuff in my opinion. But if you like it more power to you.

Plus, Chris Cornell's solo album was so great. One of my favorite albums of all time probably. It's not screaming like normal soundgarden, but damn its good stuff.

I duno they remind me more of old stye bands like I said.. MY favorite band by far is Pink Floyd, then Zepplin, I don't think anyhing nowdays comares to what was and its cool to here something that reminds me of that era

Austin, if you like Zeppelin and Audio Slave, if you haven't I would recommend checking out Soundgarden more than what you have heard on the radio. Pick up a used copy of Superunknown and listen to it all the way through.

Damn good advice.. I am an avid zeppelin fan, aswell as soundgarden, but I don't care for AudioSlave.

Word. Rage wouldn't be rage without Tom Morello on guitar though. He made the songs rock. Together, they ruled.
