help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


ok, heres the deal. I have a pic and it is saved as a .max file. I need to convert it to a .bmp file. HOW IN THE HELL DO I DO THIS?

It could have been created with 3D Studio Max or Visioneer Paperport; do you know which?

Your going to have to cut it down and do it manually...

1. Print the picture

2. Cut to approximately 3" by 3"

3. Manually insert in your disk drive

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, WOMAN! Where the hell did the file come from and how do you know it's an image in the first place? If you don't have 3D Studio Max then it's probably a scanned document from Visioneer Paperport. Sheesh.
 
do you have a program that can open the file as it is now?

Sent... and no I am not doing that.. hahaha Do it tomorrow for me. You can crop it too. Just take Kelly out. lol
 
Right click on the file and select "Edit".

When the paint screen coems up, go to the top, and select File--->Save As

At the bottom of the save window where it says "Save file as:", select "Monochrome Bitmap (BMP)"

and save the sucker. voila

Find out which program created the file. Or look on google for a max file opener or viewer. The program you use to view the file needs to have a save as feature where you can save it as a more common file type for examle bmp, jpg, etc..
