ATTN: Huck or Fonz! Specific DNP question.

If anyone else knows the answer to this then feel free to add your input.

Anyway, here's my questions:

First, exactly how many days after ending my dnp run (currently have 4 days left @200mg) should I wait before doing the carb-up. Also, exactly how many carbs are we talking? A meal? All day long?

2nd, if I want to take advantage of the anabolic rebound effect, when should I expect it to begin so that I can train accordingly? How long does the window for the rebound usually last and how many days after cessation of the dnp does it usually begin?

I know they're both closely related questions but I haven't seen anything that states specifically when these events begin or how long they're supposed to last.

Thanks guys!

P.S. This is my 2nd try at DNP (see previous thread, 'DNP Diary') and I've already gotten MUCH better results. Instead of 7 mid-dosage days, I'm doing 15 low dose days. I started at 228lbs and I weighed in today at 218. I'm keeping cals relatively low, protien high, and am doing intense cardio and lifting on continuous 2-day splits. I'm already sporting a 4-pack and by the end of the week I fully expect to have all my abs showing!

Wait 5 days. Carb-up on the 6th.

I'd go for 5g carbs/Kg for 2 straight days with Kcals kept at 16X per pound of bodyweight.

If you have ALA, USE it. 2000mg on each carb-up day.

The anabolic rebound effect last for about 7-10 days after the
carb-up depending on the amount of DNP used. Higher amount of DNP used=higher ATP inhibition=stronger anabolic rebound effect.

If I were you I'd go crazy in the gym and consume 2-3g of
protein/lb, and around 18X Kcals/pound of weight for those
7-10 days. Trust me, your strength will be HIGH.

REMEMBER to keep carbs in cheack after the 2-day carb-up.
Do not go overboard. Here is where most people go
crazy eating and mess everything up.

Good luck.

Would this 7-10 day rebound still hold true even if you only used DNP for 3 days (Day 1 - 1000mg, Day 2 - 800mg, Day 3 - 600mg)?

I would also add in 15-20 grams per day of effervescent creatine during those 7-10 days, your mitochodria will go berzerk, lol.Strength will be insane.

Would glutamine peptides be a good addition too? I don't know if that makes any sense, but I thought since glutamine is good to take after a workout it might be good to take after the "workout" of being on high doses of DNP.

Sure, glutamine is highly anti-catabolic,as well as possessing some intrinsic cell volumizing properties as well,so it can only help to add to the increased cellular activity/growth.

No. It has to be 7+ days.

What type of carbs work best for the carbup: fructose or dextrose...?

Dextrose(i.e. glucose). Stay away from sucrose(glucose-fructose)
and fructose.
