I have a friend in the same sittuation. She needs a place to live with a roomate and she has a son. She's great but her son is a BIG problem. He's only 8 years and he can be really cute.... but he's usually BAD. He spent 2much time with his' father before daddy got sent to prison. Dad was a bad influence. Turned the kid into a hood brat. This little 8 year old walks around starting fights, destroying stuff, talking shit to his' mother and everyone else. He's nearly impossible to punish. If he gets sent to his room, he puts holes in the walls and climbs out of the window... gone for the entire day.
I wouldn't worry about ur friend. Consider the kid. What age? How does he act? Plus, u aren't gonna be able to do ur nasty sex games in the living room or kitchen with a young kid living there. Plus, how long would she need to live there? These are the things I would consider. Good luck.
