i have no problem answering emails/pm's.
i enjoy helping....

but dont depend on a good bro because youre too fuckin lazy to do some reserach..

this one elitefitness member emailed me about 10 times with information about igf-1.

i did my best to answer his questions, yet they kept pouring in.. and stupid questions like:

"how much should i inject"
"how long should i cycle it"
"is it safe"

so this is what i told him word by word:

i dont have 2 hours to answer all your questions.. thats why
theres elitefitness.com... slight help yes.. but if youre too lazy to research i cant help you out

his reply ill leave out..
its probably best.

bottom line; RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH!!!!

You must spread karma around before giving it to satchboogie again.

It's worthless without plat. I'm not paying to use the search feature.
For over 3 years I used EF for information without going Platinum. I know that searching is limited if you are not a member, but if you are serious about building the physique you always wanted, I don't think the fees are too extravagant. What is it, basically 12 bucks a month? Is that too much too ask so you can get all of the up to date info? No way!

LMAO!!!!
its the way people are thinking now days why do it your self when you can get someone to do it for you

As a newbie I had to say something. I have spent hours and hours researching here and other places before I ordered my first cycle. There are so many different variations of cycles, pct. Just learning the aconryms was a hurdle at first. Then trying to figure out cc, mg, etc. I felt like I was in med. school! Bottom line is: yes, you must research to determine what is going to work for you and your body! No one can tell you what's best for you. Every vitamin, drug etc. works differently on each person. Research each AAS you are considering. Consider the pro's and con's of each. What works best in the pct. Start a notebook like I did and keep a page on each item researched. Then decide.
Good luck,
