I really messed up big time ! I was doing the Atkins diet and every thing was going good as planed. Last week i went to Bike Week in daytona and lost my freakin mind! I drank beer every night,pizza and subs every night,pasta,beer,pizza,beer,pizza,beer, i think you get the point. I have to get back in Keto. Should i start the induction all over again? Or should i start where i left off before i went to Bike Week?
