I am going to do a cutting diet for the next 10 weeks.My starting stats are 235 pounds and 25% bodyfat.Wish me luck!Any suggestions are most welcome.

1 hour cardio
Meal 1-1/2 cup oatmeal,6 egg whites,1 yolk
Workout-CHEST
Incline dumbell press 3 x 10
Flat dumbell press 3 x 10
Incline flyes 3 x 10
Pec dec flyes 3 x 10
Meal 2-2 scoops protein powder(44p,12c,2f),2 bananas
Meal 3-1 scotch fillet steak,large salad
Meal 4-4 ounces tuna,1 apple
Meal 5-1 lean pork steak,large serving vegetables
Meal 6-1 scoop protein+water(22p,6c,1f)
**day 1 went great,69 days to go**
