Athlete's cutting diet

I am going to do a cutting diet for the next 10 weeks.My starting stats are 235 pounds and 25% bodyfat.Wish me luck!Any suggestions are most welcome.
DAY 1
1 hour cardio
Meal 1-1/2 cup oatmeal,6 egg whites,1 yolk

Workout-CHEST
Incline dumbell press 3 x 10
Flat dumbell press 3 x 10
Incline flyes 3 x 10
Pec dec flyes 3 x 10

Meal 2-2 scoops protein powder(44p,12c,2f),2 bananas
Meal 3-1 scotch fillet steak,large salad
Meal 4-4 ounces tuna,1 apple
Meal 5-1 lean pork steak,large serving vegetables
Meal 6-1 scoop protein+water(22p,6c,1f)

**day 1 went great,69 days to go**

I'd drop the fruit and add some complex carbs for energy. You can rotate the carbs a bit if you'd like. Drop the pork and add turkey or chicken. Make sure your oatmeal is steel cut oats with no sugar. Keep vegies to leafy green only. No carrots, tomatoes, etc. Try to put this all into a calorie counter such as fitday.com. You can then monitor and adjust easier.
