Hey guys, got a question regarding my current situation

I compete at 400m sprint (running) but had a few bad muscle tears early in the year. i made a comeback 4 weeks ago, and started a cycle to help me get back to my best.

4wks ago i was 18.8% body fat with a 36" waist (6'2 220lbs), now im 15.2% with a 32" waist (still 220lbs)my coach wants me to get sub 10%

my cycle has been 200mg test e and 250mg eq per week, with t3 at 100mg per day.

i want to know if i should up the dosage on the eq, all i want is to drop bodyfat and get quicker, dont mind if i lose some muscle. as things seemed to have slowed down...

my diet is low carb with exception of around training (running 5x a week) moderate pro and fats...

and how much longer is it safe to run t3? i been on for 4wks

Age? Previous cycle experience?

The EQ dosage is low. Most people usually run 400mg-600mg+. But without knowing your cycle history, it's not safe to recommend a certain dosage.
 
im 26yrs, im on my 6th cycle...

all cycles have been, 16wks (each) test-e (500mg) per week with last 4 weeks 50mg winny eod, plus post cycle therapy.

first time ive gone on test at 200 and first user of eq and t3
 
Yeah I would up the EQ to 400-600 mgs/wk. You can run the T3 for a long time. Just taper off slowly. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water cuz T3 can dehydrate you.
