I'm interested in hearing at what rate do you loose body fat on a cutting cycle. I mean bodyfat, not muscle tissue and not water weight.
I am on Test and ECA/Clen and not using much. I am going to start adding cytomel and was wondering at what rate to expect fat loss along with caloric restriction and cardio.
