At what age is too old to go back to school?

You've got the time if you want to make the commitment. There's guys in their 40's (and older) just starting medical school.

I had a blast in college last time I went, took some classes that I needed to bring up a sagging GPA from the late 70's and early 80's. I was 37. I was as old as some of my profs and older than others. The kids were great, never once felt out of place. I made A's, shits easy if you don't drink the night before an exam, etc. I made some really good friends, granted they were 18-19, but I did have a great time.

i got my masters degree after i turned 30. . .honestly. . .it was so much easier paying attention in class, study, etc. when my mind wasn't encumbered with trying to figure out how/when i was gonna get laid next, whether or not the chick sitting next to me was wearing a thong (or any underwear at all for that matter) and whether i had enough money for beer. . .

the program i was in was accelerated and, as such, was pretty grueling. . .25 of us started but only 15 finished. . .the other 10 dropped into the regular program. . .i finished with a 3.98. . .a full point (and some change) above my undergrad gpa. . .plus, i doubled my income within two weeks of finishing. . .

My friend went back to school to get her PHD when she was 35.
I'm 41 and want to go back
It's never too late

Im 33 next month and am graduating next semester with a masters in accounting so you know where i stand. I would say go with pharmacy and ditch the computer thing. Its not 1995 anymore.
